What materials do you use?


All products are manufactured from high-grade aluminium, chosen for its durability, corrosion resistance and long-term performance in Australian environments.

Are your aluminium products rustproof?


Yes. Aluminium does not rust, making it an ideal material for outdoor gates, screens, fencing and balustrades.

Do you offer custom sizes?


Absolutely. Most of our products can be fabricated to your required measurements. Simply request a quote with your dimensions.

Can I get my product powder coated?

Yes. We offer a full powder-coating service with Dulux and Interpon colours, as well as timber-look aluminium options.

What’s the difference between ready-install and custom-fabricated products?

Ready-install products are pre-built or pre-cut standard items that can be ordered immediately. Custom-fabricated products are made to your specifications.

Quotes & Custom Orders

How do I request a quote?

You can request a quote through our website, via email or through our contact form. Provide measurements, photos or basic details to help us quote accurately.

How long does a custom quote take?

Most quotes are returned within 2–5 business days. More detailed or complex projects may require additional time so we can review measurements, materials and installation requirements accurately. If your quote needs extra attention, we’ll let you know and keep you updated.

Do you visit the site for measurements?

Yes. We offer onsite measurement services for gates, fencing and balustrade installations.

Do you supply drawings for approval?

We can provide CAD drawings once a deposit has been paid or for a small design fee deductible from the final job.

Installation

Do you offer installation?

Yes. We provide installation services for gates, screens, fencing and balustrade systems across Brisbane and surrounding areas.



Can I install the products myself?

Many ready-install products are suitable for DIY installation. For structural items like gates and balustrades, we recommend professional installation.


Do your products come with installation instructions?

yes. Ready-install products include basic instructions. Custom installations are managed directly by AusAli Solutions.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer delivery for aluminium products?

Yes. We offer delivery across Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and surrounding areas. Larger products such as gates, panels and balustrades are delivered via specialised transport to ensure they arrive safely.

How long does delivery take?

Ready-install products typically dispatch within 2–5 business days. Custom fabricated products are delivered once fabrication and powder coating are complete.


Can I pick up my order?


Ready-install products are delivery only to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged. Custom-made products can be picked up directly from our powder coater once payment has been made in full. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection and provide the pickup location and details.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the size, weight and destination of your order. A calculated rate will appear at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on unused ready-install products within 14 days of delivery. Custom-fabricated items are made to order and cannot be returned.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product is damaged during delivery, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll organise a replacement or resolution.

Can I exchange a product?

Exchanges are available for ready-install items only. Custom sizes and colours cannot be exchanged.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal and secure online checkout options for ready-install products. For custom fabrication projects, payments are made via invoice.

How do invoices work for custom jobs?

Custom fabrication and installation projects are issued via invoice. A 30% deposit is required to begin the job, with the balance due upon completion. All payment instructions will be included on your invoice.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All online transactions and invoice payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans may be available for larger projects. Contact us to discuss options.

WARRANTY & QUALITY

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Powder-coated products include a manufacturer warranty, and all custom-fabricated items are covered by our workmanship assurance.




How long will aluminium last?


Aluminium is extremely durable and will not rust or deteriorate like timber or steel. With proper care, it can last for decades, even in harsh Australian environments.

Are your products compliant with Australian Standards?

Yes. Balustrades, handrails and structural components are fabricated to meet relevant Australian Standards and building requirements.
